Provide the information below  if you plan on proficiency-testing a canine.
  If you intend to present a dog for proficiency testing at the "2008 CADA Conference" you must return this registration form and the proper fees no later than Oct. 1, 2008. Considerable preparation is required for each team that is testing. We will not be able to test late shows!
  No individual or individuals representing any company, business, agency or group may test more than two dogs at the conference. We will not certify more than two handlers with any single dog.
 The testing fee is $30 per dog-handler team.
 There will be NO refunds once the team has begun testing. There will be experienced handlers and trainers available for assistance during the conference. There will be NO ASSISTANCE by any bystander, t:rainer, associate or other person once the testing has begun. Mr. William Schweizer (Maine Specialty Dogs) will have the FINAL determination authority on the awarding of certificates. Mr. Schweizer and the chemist will have complete control over the testing procedures and environment.
 You must be familiar with the CADA guidelines for proficiency testing and you must be a current member in good standing to participate. Once you have registered, you may obtain a copy of the guideline from CADA Secretary Gartner.
