Active Member: Those eligible to become active members shall be qualified canine handlers with qualified dogs in accordance with the criteria set forth by the CADA; or those individuals involved with the use of these canines. Only active members have a right to vote.

You must be a current member in good standing to attend the annual conference and any canine team certification process. Certification is valid for one year.
